How to find a CNAPS code

Find a bank branch by name, location or its 12-digit code.

Find the right branch

  1. Enter the full 12-digit code if you have it. Keep any leading zeroes.
  2. Otherwise, search the Chinese branch name or combine an English bank name with a city.
  3. Browse the bank directory to choose a province and city. Compare the full branch name, not just the city.
  4. Confirm the code with the receiving bank before using it for a payment.
